Initial Purchases
You may cancel your initial purchase, without penalty or obligation, within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.
Residents of Montana may cancel within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date.
Upon approved cancellation, payments made under the initial purchase agreement will be refunded within fourteen (14) business days following receipt of the cancellation request.
Membership Renewals
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
NO REFUNDS will be issued for membership renewals that have not been canceled at least three (3) days prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests may be submitted through:

Requests must be received before midnight of the applicable cancellation deadline.
Chargebacks
Members agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Account suspension
- Account termination
- Collection activity
- Reporting to fraud prevention databases
Fraud Prevention
The Company actively monitors transactions for fraud.
Accounts associated with suspected fraudulent activity may be suspended pending review.
